Gemma Chan took to Instagram to commemorate the completed filming for Marvel’s Eternals.  See the post below. The Eternals star thanked her castmates and “talented, hardworking crew that got us over the finish line.”

Chan is the second star to post her last day, as Richard Madden announced he was done last weekend. Madden posted in his Instagram story with a simple photo and the caption “it’s a wrap.”  So far they are the only two stars who announced the end of their journey for this film.

The official Eternals synopsis, courtesy of reads as follows: Marvel Studios’ The Eternals features an exciting new team of Super Heroes in the Marvel Cinematic Universe, ancient aliens who have been living on Earth in secret for thousands of years. Following the events of Avengers: Endgame, an unexpected tragedy forces them out of the shadows to reunite against mankind’s most ancient enemy, The Deviants.

Now that filming is complete, maybe we’ll get a teaser sooner than later.  Knowing how the MCU operates, we will probably get an Eternals trailer when Black Widow debuts on May 1.  At this point, I’d settle for official images and character posters.

Eternals also stars Angelina JolieSalma HayekKumail Nanjiani, Kit Harington, Brian Tyree HenryDong-seok MaLauren Ridloff, and Lia McHugh. The film is directed by Chloe Zhao.

Marvel’s Eternals premieres in theaters on November 6, 2020.
