We are so close!!! But yet so far away. It’s just a little over a week before the sixth season of Game of Thrones premieres on HBO. We’ve so far seen stunning teasers and trailers and gorgeous character portraits of the cast.

Now we have two very short clips from the first episode of the season. Don’t worry, nothing is given away. HBO was very smart and kept them short and about story we already knew was happening.
The first clip has Sansa and Theon on the run, presumably right after they jumped from the Winterfell castle wall, with chasing dogs barking in the distance. The second clip has Cersei speaking about her mother’s death with Jamie. She is most likely being morbid because she just lost her daughter, Myrcella.
Game of Thrones, Season 6 premieres April 24th.
