Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice is, as of this very moment, only one week away.
One week until all us super-dooper comic nerds get to see the Trinity of the DC universe, three of the oldest and first comic book heroes ever created, painted up on the silver screen with spectacular cinemati-o-vision! Batman! Superman! Wonder Woman!
However, all us super dorks and DC Fanatics are not the only ones excited to see the film, or, at the very least, excited for us to finally see it.
Gal Gadot, who plays Wonder Woman in the film, tweeted out earlier today that “It’s almost here!! One more week!! Can’t wait to finally share this with you all!!”

It’s nice to see that the stars of the film are proud of their work, proud of their fellow cast mates and the crew behind the film, proud enough that they are all very excited to share it!
But, that’s not the real story here. That’s all really awesome, but the real story is those gauntlets.
JUST LOOK AT THOSE GAUNTLETS!
Energy crackling all throughout them, having just absorbed a powerful attack or having just leveled a demigod with a powerful blast…
So bad ass.
The Bracelets of Submission! Made of indestructible god-like substance called Amazonium, able to absorb any weapons fire or energy thrown at her. Should she slam them together, she can create waves of concussive force and, depending on which era, the gauntlets can become the shield of Aegis or channel the lightning of Zeus himself.
They are mighty gauntlets indeed, formidable weapons wielded only by the Amazons of Themyscira.
And here we have them, perfectly realized for film.
