First Looks at Colter as Luke Cage and Tennant as Purple Man!

Spoiler TV has some great pictures from the set of Netflix’s next big Marvel series, A.K.A. Jessica Jones. And we’ve got quite a treat here as we’ve got our first looks at David Tennant as “Kilgrave” and Mike Colter as Luke Cage. And boy oh boy does David Tennant love Purple! And Sweet Christmas does Luke Cage have an awesome Harley!

Plus, on top of all that, we see what could be our first look at the Jessica Jones/Luke Cage relationship. In the comics, not only are they in love, but married with a daughter. Are we going to eventually see that in the Netflix Defender universe?

Also notable is that David Tennant’s character, Kilgrave, no doubt based on Zebediah Killgrave a.k.a. The Purple Man, is not purple in these pictures but, instead, is only clad in purple… completely in purple. Which raises the question of if we’ll ever actually see him with purple skin or if Marvel and Netflix are taking some creative license with the character.
