Actually, the release date announcement has a release date. Sure, why not, movie trailers have teasers now why can’t game announcements have a release date.
As reported by Nova Crystalis, from an interview of Hajime Tabata with the Japanese magazine Famitsu:
This is the year we’ll release Final Fantasy XV. Currently, we’ve decided on all of its specifications and the beta version is under production so we can shift into the debug phase. We’ll show the real XV during the release announcement this March.
I’m sure more news will be forthcoming over the next couple of months. At least we get a new Final Fantasy game sometime this year. Huzzah!
