Final ATOMIC BLONDE Trailer Promises Bloody Fun

Atomic Blonde keeps delivering. Our final trailer for the film dives a little bit deeper into the plot. While some of the action set pieces are scenes we’ve seen before, we get some new fun scenes. We also get to learn a little more about James McAvoy‘s character.

We open on a car chase. Her passenger is bleeding and Charlize Theron‘s Agent Lorraine Broughton is in pretty rough shape herself. The pursuing car issues a few shots before Broughton takes him out. We hear that there is a double-agent hunting down the other operatives in Berlin. It’s Broughton’s task to find out who it is. Her contact is David Percival (McAvoy).

We see that Percival likes to party and drink heavily, making her relationship with him disastrous. She also doesn’t trust him one bit. But she seems to form an alliance with him in her attempt to track down the double agent. We also got the full clip of their first introduction. We’ll see how their relationship develops in less than a month.

In 1989, on the eve of the collapse of the Berlin Wall and the shifting of superpower alliances, Lorraine Broughton, a top-level spy for MI6, is dispatched to Berlin to take down a ruthless espionage ring that has just killed an undercover agent for reasons unknown.
