Morgan saves his people one by one on Fear the Walking Dead

We finally know when Fear the Walking Dead will return to AMC. Season six is shaping up to be intense, as the series adds two new cast members for the second half. The show released a short teaser on their Twitter page, announcing the return date for later this spring.

Keith Carradine is joining the Fear Family, reuniting with his Deadwood co-star Garret Dillahunt who plays John Dorie. No word on if those two will actually have scenes together. Nick Stahl, from Carnivale and Terminator 3: Rise of the Machines also joins the Fear TWD family. Both new characters remain undisclosed at this time.

AMC scheduled the mid-season return immediately following the official conclusion of The Walking Dead season 10. The TWD extended season begins on February 28 and will conclude on April 4. That’s when Morgan (Lennie James) and the gang will return to finish their conflict with Virginia (Colby Minifie) and her rangers. And from the looks of that last Fear TWD trailer, we should find out who “The End is The Beginning” people are and why they want that key. I just hope Morgan can rescue everyone before Virginia kills them all. Here’s the synopsis.

As Morgan’s bid to free the remaining members of the group becomes bolder, Virginia grows increasingly desperate to find her sister and protect the settlements from forces working inside and outside her walls. The second half of Season Six reveals the impact of what living under Virginia’s control has done to each person in this group, who once saw themselves as a family. New alliances will be formed, relationships will be destroyed, and loyalties forever changed. When everyone is forced to take sides, they discover the meaning of, “The End is the Beginning.”’

Fear the Walking Dead returns to AMC on Sunday, April 11.
