Just like the Super Bowl, Fast X is jammed packed full of action. Vin Diesel returns to face the consequences of his past that could put his whole family in danger.
This trailer is only a minute long. An extended trailer was released a few days ago, but both give us a glimpse the new villain, played by Jason Momoa. Here is the synopsis from the Universal film website:
In 2011’s Fast Five, Dom and his crew took out nefarious Brazilian drug kingpin Hernan Reyes and decapitated his empire on a bridge in Rio De Janeiro. What they didn’t know was that Reyes’ son, Dante, witnessed it all and has spent the last 12 years masterminding a plan to make Dom pay the ultimate price.
The trailer is full of fast vehicles, explosions and epic fights. Including a fight between Lettie (Michelle Rodriguez) and Cipher (Charlize Theron). I wonder how Cipher fits into all of this. Something tells me it’s not good.
Fast X also stars Tyrese Gibson, Jordana Brewster, Ludacris, Nathalie Emmanuel, and Sung Kang. Joining the family fight from previous films will be John Cena, Scott Eastwood, Helen Mirren and Jason Statham. New to the franchise are Rita Moreno, Alan Ritchson, Brie Larson and Leo Abelo Perry as Dom’s son Brian.
