Welcome to this week’s installment of F2P Friday, where we highlight our favorite Free-2-Play games. The video game market is oversaturated, and sometimes, hidden gems fall through the cracks. This is where we do the digging for you and feature a new F2P game every week that we know you will enjoy. Let’s dive in!
100 Hidden Frogs
If you have 15 minutes to spare, then you have time to play 100 Hidden Frogs. The concept is simple. There were 100 little frogs in a bog. Then, the frogs hid. Can you find them all?
The Basics
Let’s get down to basics. The gameplay for 100 Hidden Frogs is very straightforward; you’ll study the map and find the frogs. There are 100 frogs hidden across the map. Some are large and easy to spot, while others are turned away from the player or shown from odd angles.

There are no timers or rush to find the frogs, but I have some tips to help you find them faster. The map has an extended layout, requiring you to scroll down to see the bog in sections. I started from the bottom, scanning the screen for frogs from left to right, and was able to find all of the frogs easily.
Why Should I Play?
Why should you play 100 Hidden Frogs? This game has a relaxing, compact gaming experience about it. The point-and-click gameplay style isn’t over-engineered or original, but it is still incredibly charming.
This charm is thanks primarily to the art style of the game. It looks like a cross between one of those psychedelic blacklight posters you bought in the ’90s and a paint-by-number. I sincerely want it as a coloring sheet.

Also, the music is nice while you play. It is very soft and relaxing without any grating noises to distract you from your frog hunt.
Have a F2P game you’d like us to check out? Played this one before? We love to hear from you gamers in the comments. Be sure to check out this game before you croak on Steam here!
