A new trailer for CW’s hit series, The Flash was released today, further proving what we all already know — that the season finale will be epic in ways we can hardly fathom. This show has proven time and again that it knows its material, it knows its fans and it knows how to deliver — so yeah, with this trailer, the finale will be epic.
Significant about the trailer is that we hear Eobard Thawne’s admission to Barry that he killed his mother because he hates him. That is just so like Eobard.
Also, just to point it out, everyone seems to be saying good-bye to Barry with tears in their eyes, like they know him going to the past may not be such a good idea.
In the season finale, “Fast Enough,” Wells (Tom Cavanagh) presents Barry (Grant Gustin) with a life-changing choice. Dr. Martin Stein (guest star Victor Garber) and Ronnie Raymond (guest star Robbie Amell) return to help the S.T.A.R. Labs team with this final fight.
The Flash, “Fast Enough,” airs Tuesday, May 19 at 8 p.m. ET on The CW.
