Netflix has revealed what Originals, movies, TV series, anime, documentaries and stand-up specials are coming to the streaming giant in January 2025 plus what’s leaving.
On January 2, we see the return of Philomena Cunk in Cunk on Life. This time around, Cunk (Diane Morgan) delves into life’s profound questions, examining subjects from the Big Bang to AI, meeting academics and creatives, all with her trademark misguided observations.
In the spy genre, two CIA thriller series arrive in January when The Night Agent and The Recruit return for their sophomore season. The Night Agent drops on January 23 and The Recruit premieres on January 30.
The period drama, American Primieval, starring Taylor Kitsch and Betty Gilpin drops on January 9. In this series, a mother and son flee from their past and form a found family while confronting a harsh landscape of freedom and cruelty in the American West.
On the movie side, Back in Action premieres January 17. Cameron Diaz and Jamie Foxx star in the film that follows Emily and Matt who find themselves dragged back into the world of espionage when their cover is blown years after giving up life as CIA spies to start a family,
