São Paulo, Brazil had a pretty epic weekend with their Comic-Con Experience. We had Ryan Reynolds as Deadpool announcing the event ahead of time, encouraging people to go, they had a screening of the next Daredevil, Season Two trailer, they had a lot of the Captain America: Civil War guys down there talking about their upcoming film and they also had Evangeline Lilly talking about her experiences on Ant-Man and what she wants out of the upcoming 2018 sequel, Ant-Man and The Wasp.
Translated from the Portuguese website Omelete, we have that the actress admitting, “I do not know anything about Ant-Man and Wasp. Marvel didn’t tell me anything…” She then goes on to say who she’d love to see playing her mother, Janet Van Dyne, “but wouldn’t it be cool if Hope was behind her mother and if she was played by Michelle Pfeifer?”
Again, keep in mind this was translated, so we’re not quite sure what she means by “behind her mother,” but Michelle Pfeifer and Michael Douglas in scenes together would be pretty epic.
