Millie Bobby Brown and Henry Cavill have been pretty busy as of late. And Netflix just dropped that they are about to get even busier! Both will be returning for the highly anticipated sequel to Enola Holmes.
The first film follows Enola, played by Brown, who sets out in search of her missing mother (Helena Bonham Carter). Of course, her brothers Sherlock (Cavill) and Mycroft (Sam Clafin) aren’t going to let her just run amuck and do as she pleases. So Enola must use her sleuthing skills to outsmart her brothers and solve the mysteries. We aren’t sure what we will be seeing in the sequel, but we know it will be great!
They haven’t announced if anyone else from the original cast will be returning, but I am sure we will start to see more announcements going forward. Harry Bradbeer will be returning to direct alongside writer Jack Thorne. The Enola Holmes sequel will be produced by Mary Parent, Alex Garcia, Ali Mendes, Paige Brown and Millie Bobby Brown. The executive producers will be Joshua Grode, Michael Dreyer, Bradbeer and Thorne.
Make sure to check back in with us for future Enola Holmes news! If you haven’t seen the first film, you can find it here on Netflix! How excited are you to dive back into this world? Let us know in the comments below and on social media!
