Starfield
It’s here! Starfield has finally been announced and it looks amazing! If you had shown me this trailer anywhere other than a gaming convention, I would have thought it was a film. The graphics look utterly amazing and I keep finding myself going back to rewatch it. This is the first new universe from Bethesda Games in 25 years and one of the most anticipated. This next-generation role-playing game is set amongst the stars and allows players complete customization of their characters. So get ready to explore with unparalleled freedom as we embark on an epic journey to answers humanity’s greatest mystery.
Starfield will launch exclusively on PC and Xbox Series X on November 11, 2022!
S.t.a.l.k.e.r. 2: Heart of Chernobyl
Are you ready for some next-gen excitement? We certainly are and S.t.a.l.k.e.r 2: Heart of Chernobyl is really heating things up. The trailer gives us a look into the epic cutscenes only achievable on next-gen systems. We also got a chance to check out the environment we will be exploring, from the underground labs to the open-world fields! And since we will be in the heart of Chernobyl, we can’t forget to mention those terrifying mutated creatures that will be stalking us in the dark!
S.t.a.l.k.e.r. 2: Heart of Chernobyl will launch on April 28, 2022 for PC and the Xbox Series X.
Back 4 Blood
Did someone say, zombies? Back 4 Blood is an upcoming multiplayer first-person shooter game from Turtle Rock Studios and Warner Bros Interactive. Today, Xbox announced that we are all getting PVP (player versus player)! This means you can grab your friends and go head to head – man vs. zombie! We can’t wait to jump into this epic zombie-fest adventure!
Back 4 Blood releases October 8, 2021, for PC, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
Contraband
We don’t know much about Contraband, but man, does it look cool! This co-op smuggler’s paradise is set in the fictional world of 1970s Bayan. It comes to us from Avalanche Studios and promises dangerous situations to keep up on our toes. Be sure to keep your eyes out for more news for this next epic adventure!

Sea of Thieves A Pirate’s Life DLC
The King of the Pirates – well, I’m sure that’s what he likes to call himself – is coming to Sea of Thieves! In the newest expansion, A Pirate’s Life, players will be freeing Jack from his prison and witness the power of the world’s greatest Pirate Treasure. That’s right, Disney has partnered to bring the world of Pirates of the Caribbean to the world of Sea of Thieves! Players will be able to jump into this new story on June 22, 2021.
Yakuza
While not a new game in the Yakuza franchise, it’s exciting to know that Yakuza: Like A Dragon has officially made the jump to PC as of today! If you haven’t gotten the chance to play this epically hilarious title – go do it! You can become Ichiban Kasuga, a low-ranking yakuza grunt left on the brink of death by the man he trusted most. So grab your legendary bat and get ready to crack some underworld skulls together.
Battlefield 2042
This isn’t the first time hearing about Battlefield 2042, but it is the first time we are getting the chance to check out some of the gameplay! In this new video, we see (for the first time in Battlefield history) 128 players join the all-out war for the PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles! We will get the chance to dive into these massive-scale battles where anything can happen. Plus, don’t forget to check out the seven massive maps where everything will take place.

12 Minutes
No matter how many times I watch the trailer for 12 Minutes, it still wows me. This is an interactive thriller about a man (voiced by James McAvoy) trapped in a time loop. With every loop, you can learn more information that can help change future loops. Just hearing the incredible voice work from McAvoy, Daisy Ridley and Willem Dafoe is enough to make this one of my must-play games for this year!

Psychonauts 2
It’s coming! Psychonauts 2 finally has a release date! This fun game combines quirky missions and mysterious conspiracies all into a platform-adventure game oozing with cinematic style! Choose from tons of customizable psychic powers while dealing with the danger, excitement and tons of laughs as you guide Raz on a journey through the minds of friends and foes on this epic quest to defeat a murderous psychic villain.

Fallout 76 Steel Reign and Expeditions The Pitt
We aren’t just getting one but two new expansions to Fallout 76 coming later this year and next year. First, we will get the conclusion of the Brotherhood of Steel storyline with Steel Reign coming July 7, 2021. This will include new questlines, locations and legendary crafting. Second, we are finally leaving Appalachia in 2022 with Expeditions – The Pitt! These will be story-driven, repeatable missions to various locations in the Fallout universe, all starting with a trip to The Pitt!
The Elder Scrolls Online
Get ready to experience the world of The Elder Scrolls Online with a brand new version of the game for Xbox Series X. This fully utilizes the native power of the current-generation machines to provide incredible boosts to performance and graphical fidelity. Honestly, Tamriel has never looked so good and we can’t imagine who well it will play! The new console enhanced edition will launch on June 15, 2021, for Xbox Series X.
Party Animals
Are you ready for a fight? Do you like cute adorable animals? Then Party Animals might be right up your alley! Fight with or against your friends as cute, cuddly and murderous animals! We’ve got a diverse cast of adorable animals to choose from as we battle it out to be the last animal standing. We still have a bit of time before this releases in 2022, so be sure to keep an eye out for more news!
Hades
While Hades isn’t a new game in the least, it is exciting to learn that a whole new group of gamers will be able to enjoy this epic adventure! The Greek Mythology inspired rogue-lite is the game the pulled me into this genre. Players take control of Zagreus as he slashes and hacks his way through his father’s Underworld in an attempt to escape. Everything from the gameplay to the art style to the music is just – perfect.
Hades will be making the jump to PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X on August 13, 2021.
Somerville
One of the games that drew me in the most during the Xbox Box and Bethesda Games Showcase came in the form of Somerville. Unfortunately, they didn’t give us much information, but we do know that this will be a Sci-Fi adventure where we will be finding the means to make our family whole again. This is the moment where I know that I will be in tears while playing this game. We can’t wait to learn more leading up to its release in 2022.
Halo Infinite
This newest installment to the beloved Halo franchise, Halo Infinite, announced and showed off its multiplayer mode during today’s showcase! So get ready to dive into the action alone or with your friends! Not only that, though, but this will also feature the most expansive Master Chief campaign yet! Seriously, just watch the trailer and fall in love instantly, just like we did.
Halo Infinite will drop this holiday season for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.

Diablo II Resurrected
Return to hell in the long-awaited remaster of Diablo II Resurrected! What else is there to say? We have been beyond excited to dive back into this world with all its new fancy graphics and gameplay. And we won’t have to wait long. Diablo II Resurrected and its expansion Lord of Destruction will drop onto Xbox One and Xbox Series X on September 23, 2021.
A Plague Tale: Requiem
The rats are back! A Plague Tale: Requiem returns us to this emotional and breathtaking story of Amicia and her brother Hugo with an all-new perilous quest. Get ready to do whatever it takes to survive this brutal and uncaring world. If you haven’t gotten a chance to play the first one, we highly suggest going to check it out before diving into the new game next year.

Far Cry 6
Will we ever get enough of these Far Cry 6 trailers? No – the answer is no. This new clip gives us a look at more gameplay, including taking down settlements with the help of an angry alligator, resolver weapons and customizable backpacks. Between this, yesterday’s clip and the one from Summer Game Fest, we are beyond excited to finally get the chance to dive back into this world.

Slime Rancher 2
Get ready to return to the Far, Far Range with Slime Rancher 2. This is a sequel to the first-person farming simulator from Monomi Park. While we didn’t get a lot of information, this trailer is stunning and the colors just pop off the screen. Make sure to keep an eye out for more upcoming news on this exciting new title and check out the trailer from the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase.

Shredders
Grab your board and hit the snow in Shredders. This love letter to snowboarding takes inspiration from snowboarding movies, the Amped games from the original Xbox and snowboarding heroes on social media. This is a project fed by passion and it shows throughout the trailer. We can’t wait to just chill out and check out all of the different tricks we can do while sliding down the slopes.
Shredders will drop in December 2021 for Xbox Series X.

Atomic Heart
Atomic Heart is an upcoming action role-playing video game developed and published by Russian studio Mundfish. This story takes place in an alternate reality Soviet Union in 1955, where technology like the internet, holograms and robots have already been invented. Players will control P-3, a special agent sent by the government to investigate a manufacturing facility that has fallen silent.
We don’t have a set release date just yet, but it will be playable on PC, PS4, PS5, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
Replaced
Replaced is a 2.5D sci-fi retro-futuristic action platformer where players take control of R.E.A.C.H. – an artificial intelligence trapped in a human body against its own will. This story combines cinematic platforming, pixel art and free-flow action combat to bring us a deep, engaging dystopian story set in an alternative 1980s. Discover the secrets of Phoenix-City and explore the beautifully haunted world ahead.

Grounded The Shroom and Doom Update
Have you dived into the world of Grounded yet? It’s an epic backyard adventure where the bugs might just crush you. And now it’s time to enjoy the next update – The Shroom and Doom. With the largest update to date, players will be able to befriend pets, build castles, unlock achievements, fight the Broodmother and so much more. And we don’t have to wait long! The update goes live on June 30, 2021!
Among Us
Get ready to complete tasks and kill your friends with all of these upcoming updates! As we get ready to celebrate the game’s 3rd anniversary in a few days, they have announced that we will be able to cram even more crewmates into our lobbies- 15, to be exact! This means more tasks, more imposters and more mayhem! Plus, Among Us will be making the jump to Xbox consoles later this year!
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes
In this new exciting JRPG (Japanese Role-Playing Game) adventure published by 505 Games comes Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. It features a traditional 6-character battle system utilizing beautifully crafted 2D sprites on gorgeous 3D backgrounds. This is a celebration of the JRPG genre and it both a throwback to the classic JRPGs we know and love. Plus, this is a tale of exciting discovery and features a cast of hundreds of characters.
Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes is coming in 2023.
The Ascent
In The Ascent, players can go solo or join friends in an Action-shooter RPG set within a cyberpunk world. After the fall of a mega-corporation that owns you and everything, things get rough. Can you survive without it, or will you fall to another person just trying to survive? This world looks amazing and with every trailer, we fall more and more in love with it.
The Ascent drops on August 19, 2021, for PC, Xbox One and Xbox Series X.
Age of Empires IV
One of the most beloved real-time strategy games with deep roots in world history returns with Age of Empires IV. This puts you at the center of epic historical battles that shaped the world as we know it. It features both familiar and innovative new ways to expand your empire in vast landscapes with stunning 4k visuals. Chose your path to greatness with 8 diverse civilizations, 4 different campaigns with 35 missions that include legendary historical figures. Plus, you don’t have to go it alone; this also features an 8 player multiplayer mode!
Age of Empires IV is available on October 28, 2021, on PC.
The Outer Worlds 2
It’s coming and you heard it first at the Xbox and Bethesda Games Showcase! And while we don’t have anything other than a title, we are still excited! New solar system, new crew, same Outer Worlds. The Outer Worlds 2 is coming. And they have promised to share more as it gets closer. But until then, just keep watching this hilariously meta announcement trailer!

Microsoft Flight Simulator and Top Gun: Maverick
Take your gameplay to all new heights as Microsoft Flight Simulator heads over to the Xbox Series X. And who else but Forza Horizon 5 could bring it to you? Not only did we get the official trailer during the Xbox and Bethesda Games showcase, but we also got an extensive look at the gameplay.

Redfall
In what has quickly become my favorite announcement from the showcase, Redfall is an open-world co-op FPS being developed by Arkane Austin exclusively for Xbox Box Series X and PC. In the quaint island town of Redfall, Massachusetts, a legion of vampires has laid siege, blocked out the sun and cut the island off from the outside world. Players will take control of one of the trapped survivors as they fight back for their town and go head to head against their bloodsucking enemies.
Redfall is set to launch in Summer 2022.
