Dragon Quest Heroes II is coming to the PlayStation 4 and Steam on April 25th and Square Enix has been releasing videos introducing you to all the heroes in the game.

In the most recent video, Part VI of the series, we meet Dragon Quest VIII: The Journey of the Cursed King heroes Angelo and Jessica. While Jessica was playable in the first Dragon Quest Heroes game, Angelo is a new addition. Expect a lot of ranged shots and abilities from Angelo as his main weapon is a bow. Jessica will be more of your standard melee/caster. You can see from the video that they have some devastating attacks that will be put to good use.

Part V: Meena and Maya
We also got a look at twin sisters Meena and Maya from Dragon Quest IV. New hero Meena is a diviner who deals damage with her deck of cards while Maya, a dancer, unleashes attacks with her dual fans and she can also turn into a dragon.
Part IV: Carver and Terry
Another character from the first Dragon Quest Heroes game, Terry is originally from Dragon Quest VI: Realms of Revelation. Carver, also from DQVI, is a new addition to Dragon Quest Heroes II. Terry does a lot of sword based attacks while Carver will do a ton of damage using just his fists and enormous boulders.
Part III: Maribel and Ruff
We have two more newcomers to the game, Maribel and Ruff, both from Dragon Quest VII: Warriors of Eden (aka Fragments of the Forgotten Past). Maribel is a ranged fighter/caster and Ruff is a melee fighter who can summon his wolf or a horde of ill-tempered sheep.
Part II: Desdemona and Cesar
Additional newcomers to the game are Desdemona and Cesar. Unlike the other heroes in the games, axe-wielding Desdemona and sword-flashing Cesar are not pulled from other Dragon Quest games; they are both unique characters. You can expect big, powerful attacks from both of them and by the looks of it, some tense moments.
Part I: Lazarel, Teresa, and Healix
Cousins Lazarel and Teresa are the main protagonists of Dragon Quest Heroes II. Accompanied by Dragon Quest Heroes alum Healix, they’ll be the first characters you’ll see when starting off the game.
