Donal Logue will soon be making the move from Gotham City to Raccoon City! The actor is joining an already impressive cast for the upcoming Resident Evil origin movie, Deadline reports. Logue will portray Chief Irons, with Johannes Roberts at the helm.

Logue’s addition comes hot on the heels of previously announced leads Kaya ScodelarioHannah John-KamenRobbie AmellTom HopperAvan Jogia and Neal McDonough. Actors Lily Gao and Chad Rook have been cast in supporting roles. Production is currently underway.

Now, this Resident Evil flick is purported to be a faithful adaptation of its famous video game counterparts. The premise surrounds a fateful night in 1998 in Raccoon City, with the cast taking on the iconic video game roles we know and love.
