Doctor Who, “The Well”
Terror awaits on a faraway, unforgiving world. If going toe-to-toe with a harbinger for the gods of the Pantheon wasn’t scary enough, Doctor Who Season 2 Episode 3 will surely throw the Fifteenth Doctor (Ncuti Gatwa) and Belinda Chandra (Varada Sethu) for a loop.
To whet our appetites until “The Well” arrives, Disney has shared 12 new photos, teasing the upcoming episodic narrative and its notable guest stars.

Synopsis
Here’s a synopsis for the episode per Disney:
“Far in the future, on a tough, brutal planet, a devastated mining colony has only one survivor. To discover the truth, the Doctor and Belinda must face absolute terror.”
In addition to Gatwa and Sethu, “The Well” stars Bethany Antonia as Mo Trooper 3 (who you might know as Baela Targaryen on House of the Dragon), Rose Ayling-Ellis as Aliss Fenly (who starred on EastEnders as Frankie Lewis), Christopher Chung as Cassio Palin-Paleen Trooper 1 (who plays Roddy on Slow Horses) and Caoilfhionn Dunne as Shaya Troop Leader (aka Jackie Walsh on Industry). Amanda Brotchie directs from Russell T Davies and Sharma Angel-Walfall’s script.

I’ve really been digging this season so far. Varada Sethu is a breath of fresh air as Belinda. While she boasts excellent onscreen chemistry with Ncuti Gatwa’s Fifteenth Doctor, it’s fun to have a companion who doesn’t jump into every adventure with both feet.
