To be honest, this is a sketch from Comic Relief 2007, but it is hilarious so I felt it needed to be shared.
Before Doctor Who, Catherine Tate was a known comedic actress and in fact had her own sketch show, which you can and should watch on Netflix.
This sketch for Comic Relief features Lauren Cooper, a surly school girl and one of her most popular characters. David Tennant makes a surprise guest starring appearance as the new english teacher and hilarity ensues.
Shots are taken at Shakespeare and at Doctor Who both of which David Tennant and Catherine Tate are known. Obviously as The Doctor and companion Donna Noble, and then starring in Much Ado About Nothing together as Benedict and Beatrice on the West End.
Sigh….I miss my favorite team!
