In the beginning of July, Arrow announced new cast member Devon Aoki to play Tatsu Yamashiro/Katana. Well, it looks like Aoki had schedule conflicts and pulled out paving the way for Rila Fukushima to play the role of Oliver Queen’s mentor.
The arc of the role won’t change. Like we reported earlier: Tatsu Yamashiro will play a big part in Oliver Queen’s flashbacks as a mentor. I’ll take a guess that there will be some grueling martial arts teacher-student scenes.
