Remember Free Guy, that movie we all thought came out last year? So does Deadpool, our favorite merc with a mouth. Ryan Reynolds shared a video on Tuesday featuring Deadpool (Reynolds) and Korg (Taika Waititi) reacting to the trailer for Free Guy. Yes, it’s everything you hoped it would be and more.
Now, the “Deadpool Maximum Reactions” video starts out with our titular star fiddling with his equipment (not a euphemism). Apparently, everyone adored his reaction to Disney’s Cruella, and we see a snippet of him sitting with a Dalmatian and asking where the dogs are. I know I’m not alone when I say, “Release the reaction vid, you coward!”

Then, Korg makes his entrance as Deadpool’s guest. The latter laments that nobody else at Disney Plus was available. Deadpool plays the Free Guy trailer and the pair intermittently pause it to divulge their thoughts. Our merc with a mouth not-so-secretly hopes that Jodie Comer‘s Millie doesn’t get “fridged.” Korg thinks that Taika Waititi’s Antoine, the film’s antagonist, has four arms and “the two lower ones have gloves on.” Really deep stuff here.
After the trailer ends, Korg bestows sage wisdom upon Deadpool regarding how to get into the MCU. It’s long-winded and essentially comes down to getting a call from your agent.
Overall, Deadpool gives the trailer a solid four out of five avocados. Korg reveals that he was raised by avocados, which tracks.
You can watch the Deadpool and Korg reaction video below. Or don’t, that’s totally your call. On another note, if Deadpool 3 doesn’t boast at least a cameo from Korg, I’ll riot.
