Marvel’s Daredevil has been cast with English actor Charlie Cox. This is the Netflix series that has already ordered 13 episodes and that will be followed by Jessica Jones, Iron Fist and Luke Cage series.
What? You don’t know who he is? He’s the handsome devilish Irishman from Boardwalk Empire. That doesn’t ring a bell? He was also the super cute Tristan Thorn is the film adaptation of Neil Gaiman’s Stardust.
Aside from his good looks, the guy is a good actor. This is not his first rodeo. I certainly hope he can pull off Daredevil. It’s exciting that they didn’t choose a huge name actor (even though this guy has quite the resume). I think this bodes well for the casting of Jessica Jones (I so want to be her!), Iron Fist and Luke Cage. I can’t wait to see what the Marvel Illuminati decide to do with those roles!
