President of Marvel Studios Kevin Feige announced a Moon Knight series is in development for the Disney+ streaming service and gave us a logo. This is one of many new series created by Marvel for the new streaming service that includes She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel.

Moon Knight focuses on Marc Spector, a former CIA agent. On a trip to Egypt, Spector is almost killed in a terror attack. He believes he was saved by the Moon God Khonshu. Spector returns home and becomes a crime-fighter with multiple personalities. A few personalities that emerge include Steven Grant, Jake Lockley, and Khonsh.

Moon Knight was created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin. He first appeared in Werewolf by Night #32 in August 1975.

The series is in development. Marvel has expressed interest in bringing Keanu Reeves into the MCU. With his lucrative film career, I don’t think this role is on Reeves radar. There is also a possible contender in the new announced Kit Harington. He might be a good fit. Who would you like to see play Moon Knight? Let us know in the comments.

Disney+ is scheduled to start streaming on November 12, 2019.
