In the wake of the Coronavirus pandemic, we were bound to see temporary delays in tv and movies. What we didn’t expect, though makes perfect sense, was the announcement Critical Role made today on their Twitter. Starting today, March 17, 2020, they are stopping production on all live shows until further notice. The All Work No Play podcast featuring Liam O’Brien and Sam Riegel will still air this evening on Twitch at 4 PM PST and the season finale will air Tuesday, March 31, 2020, at 7 PM PST.

Don’t be sad though, there is more than enough content to enjoy until they return. Their YouTube channel has the entire first campaign, the second campaign up to current content, one-shots, and more. My personal recommendation would be to watch the campaigns if you haven’t or check out the fantastic one-shot Call of Cthulhu: Shadow of the Crystal Palace. But with whatever you chose you can’t go wrong.

Also don’t forget that the official Explorer’s Guide to Wildemount is availble starting today! The campaign book written by Critical Role‘s Matt Mercer with help from Wizards of the Coast, introduces readers to the world of Wildemount and the magic that lies within. How about taking time while you are social distancing to create an adventure for your own group to play?

Stay up to date on information by following Critical Role on Twitter and checking out their official website.
