The Crisis on Infinite Earths has already changed things for our heroes. Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) sacrificed himself twice to save the universe. To say things will never be the same is an understatement.

Kara/Supergirl (Melissa Benoist) wakes up on her couch, not sure if she dreamed the Crisis or if it really happened. She so hyped up that she almost blasts Alex (Chyler Leigh). Nia/Dreamer (Nicole Maines) calls to remind Kara about the Nobel Prize ceremony, only to find out the Prize winner is Lex Luthor (Jon Cryer). What did he do to change his fate? Not only is he a Nobel Prize winner…people love him. And top that off, he’s also Kara’s boss at the DEO.
J’onn (David Harewood) shows up to let her know that this is their reality now. Lex Luthor is a good guy. Kara is so upset that she wants to punch something. Good thing an alert goes off, indicating trouble in the city. Supergirl finds the Weather Witch Joss Jackum (Reina Hardesty) trying to cause trouble, but Supergirl doesn’t know who she is. Barry Allen/Flash (Grant Gustin) rushes in and stops Joss before she does any damage. Barry’s arrival raises a very good question..who is on whose planet?
A man named Marv…as in Marv Wolfman (Crisis on Infinite Earths writer)…approaches the super friends and asks for an autograph. He says they are his favorite team. So that means Supergirl and the Flash teamed up before…many times. So does this mean they live on the same Earth now?
A WHOLE NEW WORLD
In Central City, a couple of city workers are in the tunnels under the city. They see a body and check it out. It’s Nash Wells (Tom Cavanagh). He’s unresponsive, so they call for help. Nash is taken to STAR Labs.
RELATED – Geek Girl Authority Crush of the Week: SARA LANCE
Sara Lance (Caity Lotz) is disoriented at first when she realizes she’s in Star City. She meets up with Ray Palmer/Atom (Brandon Routh), but he doesn’t remember anything about the Crisis. J’onn shows up and restores Ray’s memories. He’s been running around restoring the memories of the superheroes. Sara asks if J’onn found Oliver, but there’s been no sign of him.
Sara goes to the bunker and finds John Diggle (David Ramsey), Rene Ramirez (Ricky Gonzalez), and Dinah Drake (Juliana Harkavy) mourning Oliver. She tries to convince them that there’s a possibility that Oliver is alive. They all know that he’s not. Diggle is really upset for not being by Oliver’s side when he died…both times. Despite Sara’s hope, Diggle finally convinces her that Oliver is gone.
REMEMBER WHEN…
Caitlin Snow/Frost (Danielle Panabaker) examines Nash when J’onn shows up. He gets very upset at the sight of Nash. When he restores Caitln’s memories, she gets angry too. Nash wakes up and J’onn starts yelling at him. Nash tries to leave, but J’onn grabs him and restores his memories. He starts apologizing and asks if J’onn was able to save the universe. Yeah, but not entirely.
Kara and Barry go to the Team Arrow bunker, in awe that they share the same Earth now. Sara and Team Arrow are still in mourning. Kara and Barry join them when they realize that Oliver didn’t come back. Barry doesn’t want to believe. Diggle consoles them saying Oliver’s sacrifice made their new life possible.
An alarm goes off, indicating an attack on Star City. Who’s attacking them? Beebo….a giant Beebo. The last time there was a giant Beebo attack, the legends created it with the power of six totems. Sara calls the Wave Rider to make sure no one is using the totems.
Nate Heywood (Nick Zano) and Ava Sharpe (Jes Macallan) chit chat with Sara about being tricked into the crossover. They try to avoid the crossover at all costs these days. They tell her that the totems aren’t being used. She tells them to stay away from the crossover, but Mick Rory (Dominic Purcell) is already involved.
BEEBO LIVES!
Mick is doing a book signing when Beebo interrupts. Atom, Supergirl, and Flash meet the giant toy in the streets. Atom is so excited that he starts taking selfies for Nate. Sara is watching from the bunker and spots a utility truck with a bunch of cables. She tells Flash to trip Beebo with the cables while Supergirl and Atom distract the loveable blue beast. Mick joins in the fight as well… Beebo just wants taco y’all!!
Flash wraps the cable around the legs and they all pull the cable to trip Beebo. The cable go right through the giant toy and the heroes fall over. Batwoman/Kate Kane (Ruby Rose) joins the fight and Supergirl is Super-Excited! Batwoman says Beebo looks unnatural…almost supernatural. The heroes have a quick discussion about what Beebo is when Batwoman points out that he’s a distraction.
Sargon the Sorcerer (Raul Herrera) conjured up a giant Beebo to distract the heroes so he could rob a bank. Blasphemy! Flash and Sara confront the Sorcerer for using Beebo. Beebo is off limits! Sara punches Sargon for his deception and Beebo disappears.
NEVER ALONE
Things calm down and the heroes celebrate their win. Nash shows up to warn everyone that his wrist gauntlet is detecting a massive surge of antimatter. At first everyone thinks it was Beebo that made it spike. But Nash says it just started and it’s increasing. Diggle assumes if Nash is detecting antimatter that means the fight isn’t over. Nash says it could be worse. It could be starting all over again.
Barry finds Sara sitting alone in a park. She tells him a story about climbing trees with Laurel and winning. She’s not sure if she really won or if Laurel let her win because she was a sore loser. Sara’s been an assassin, she died, and now she’s the captain of a time ship…and she’s still a sore loser.
Oliver was her last link to the Earth. There’s no one left who knew Sara before everything happened. Barry understands. He compares it to losing his parents. He felt like he couldn’t move forward. It’s not the same, but it’s okay. He says family isn’t just the people you grow up with. It’s the people you find, that make you crazy and make you smile. Sara says the Legends are her family now.
SCIENCE RULES
A shadow demon swoops in behind Barry, barely missing him. Barry and Sara team up to get rid of it. J’onn reaches out telepathically. The shadow demons are attacking the Paragons. The only one they haven’t reached out to his Ryan Choi (Osric Chau). He’s at home, hiding with his daughter in his arms when Sara shows up to save them. The Paragons have to reassemble.
Sara sent Barry, Batwoman, Supergirl, and J’onn out to gather their people. She thinks the shadow demons were sent out to destroy the Paragons. Dinah asks how those things still exist if the Anti-Monitor (LaMonica Garrett) is dead. Nash says the Anti-Monitor is not dead. They can’t exactly kill him because antimatter cannot be created or destroyed, but it can change forms.
Ryan and Ray get all science-y and come up with a plan to create a bomb that will destabilize the Anti-Monitor’s form, making him shrink for eternity. Sara sends them to STAR Labs to work on the bomb. Everyone else is going to meet the shadow army. Ryan assures Sara that his plan will work. This world is what Oliver gave his life fore and they have to protect it. Sara says if they are going down, they go down fighting.
FOR OLIVER
Dinah stays in the bunker as overwatch, Sara leads the hero team against the shadow demons, Ray, Nash, and Ryan work on the bomb at STAR Labs and they are being protected by Frost, Mick Rory and Jefferson Pierce/Black Lightning (Cress Williams)
The shadow demons dissipate during the fight and the Anti-Monitor appears. He gives a speech about how his destiny…he’s eternal …they are insects to be crushed…they should surrender…blah…blah…blah.
Sara tells him No! Oliver died for this new world and they won’t fail him. They will fight for Oliver. All of the heroes repeat Sara’s words and run at the Anti-Monitor. The Anti-Monitor puts up a shield around him while everyone takes their shot at him. He eventually uses the energy to create a blast that knocks everyone back. The Anti-Monitor then grows tall…like a skyscraper. He says the Age of Heroes ends now.
THE FINAL BATTLE
Supergirl, Superman (Tyler Hoechlin), and J’onn all fly to shoot at the Anti-Monitor. Sara checks in with Ray who asks for someone with fast hands. She sends Flash to help the brains of the operations. Flash arrives and puts the bomb together in a second. He points to the detonator to confirm that’s what it is and everyone freaks out. Flash takes Ray with him to finish the fight.
The Anti-Monitor grab Superman and won’t let him go. Supergirl flies away to gain some momentum. She flies as fast and as strong as she can at the Anti-Monitor. Atom shows up and shrinks Superman so he gets away from the Anti-Monitor. He gives the bomb to Supergirl and tells her to throw like a girl. Supergirl hits the detonation switch and throws the bomb directly at the Anti-Monitor’s chest. The Anti-Monitor rapidly shrinks in size and out of existence. The shadow demons disappear. The fight is over. The Arrowverse heroes saved the universe.
IN MEMORIUM
Later that night the President of the United States addresses her country. She tells them about the heroic deeds of Oliver Queen and his team of superheroes and how they saved the planet. She also informs the public that Oliver died saving the world. He is known as their first hero and this is a devastating loss. She says Oliver lived as he died…with honor. They hold a moment of silence for Oliver.
The heroes watch the broadcast with those they love. John and Lyla (Audrey Marie Anderson) watch with JJ when their daughter Sara comes in and hugs John. Kara watches with Kate and Alex in National City. Superman flies through the sky when Lois (Elizabeth Tulloch) calls. There’s a problem with their sons…plural. Barry watches with Caitlin in Star Labs. Ava watches with Nate in the Wave Rider. And Dinah, Rene, Ray, Mick watch with Sara in the Green Arrow bunker.
NEW BEGINNINGS
Oliver narrates:
“In the end there was one. A single boalck infinitude. Then the infinitude found release. The darkness broke. Filling it with life…with the multiverse. Every existence multiplied by possibility and spread out before space and time in infinite measure. Civilizations rose and fell. And rose again across realites grasping expanse. Life, a precious gift persevering in the face of every obstacle. Until finally the Age of Heroes was born.”
While Oliver narrates, we see new Earths with new and old heroes:
Stargirl (Brec Bassinger) and her team on Earth-2…we’ll be meeting them soon on the CW. The Green Lantern Corps on Earth-12. Swamp Thing is on Earth-19. The Titans return to Earth-9. We get our first look at Doom Patrol on Earth-21. Weren’t they on Earth-9 with the Titans? And Kingdom Come Superman (Routh) flies above Earth 96.
SUPER FRIENDS
The Arrowverse heroes are on Earth Prime. Supergirl, Flash, Sara, J’onn, Batwoman, Black Lightning, and Superman gather to say goodbye to Oliver. They put his uniform in a glass case and set up a flame in the shape of an Arrow in front of the case to honor him.
After the memorial, Jefferson asks Barry why he chose a condemned building to meet. Barry says it’s old Star Labs research facility. No one uses it. No one knows it exists. He thought they could use it to meet if anything happened again. Jefferson ask how often the world comes to an end. Well…
Barry save the best for last. A table with eight chairs for each of them and a chair with the Green Arrow emblem for Oliver. The super friends sit at the table and chit chat when they hear glass crash. They hear something that sounds like a monkey. There is a cage open with bananas on the door and a label that says “Gleek.”
