Had enough Cowboy Bebop news this week? Me neither! Netflix took to Twitter today to show off new character posters for the cast of the upcoming live-adaption of the popular anime series. And these character posters, plus the trailer that dropped on Tuesday, has me hoping that some figures out the whole time travel thing so I can get to this series sooner.

The six posters include a close-up look at characters Spike Spiegel (John Cho), Jet Black (Mustafa Shakir), Faye Valentine (Daniella Pineda), Julia (Elena Satine), Viscious (Alex Hassell) and the absolute star of the show, Ein. The more we see of these characters, really makes me fall in love with them even more. Cho, Shakir and Pineda continue to prove just how much they understood the assignment and what went into bringing these characters to life.
Personally, my favorite touch to Cowboy Bebop‘s Spike and Ein’s posters is the inclusion of the words “Bang.” and “Bark.” Ein’s is just so cute, but fans of the anime will recognize that “Bang” corresponds with a particular scene from the anime series. Add in the pose and it is nearly an exact replication of it. Fun fact, American dub actor for Spike, the amazingly talented Steve Blum, has a tattoo of the audio wave for Spike saying, “Bang!”
Cowboy Bebop follows Spike, Jet and Faye as they travel across the galaxy, hunting down bounties to buy noodles. Or along those lines. But noodles are definitely involved. It will hit Netflix on November 19, 2021. We’ve dropped the character posters below for you to enjoy! Which one is your favorite? Let us know in the comments below or on social media!
