Conan is taping in Harlem this week and decided to take a class with one of the most respected dance companies in the world, Alvin Ailey.
He braved the dance belt, put on the tights and joined co-director of the Alvin Ailey School, Tracy Inman for an advanced class. In all honestly, as a dancer myself, it’s cringe-worthy to me to watch someone dance, badly. It’s way I can’t watch Dancing With The Stars, but Conan isn’t that bad. His movement doesn’t bother me at all.
I am grateful that he chose to showcase such a prestigious institution and that it was so funny and also weird. Watch the whole thing, you’ll see what I’m talking about.
