With just a few weeks left until the release of the fourth season of Netflix’s Cobra Kai, we’ve got a brand new trailer. And with this final trailer, things are heading to the next level. The series is a continuation of The Karate Kid film franchise, bringing back iconic characters from our childhood. At the end of last season, Daniel (Ralph Macchio) and Johnny (William Zabka) join forces to take down John Kreese (Martin Kove) and Cobra Kai, but will that be enough?

It seems like Kreese has some tricks up his sleeve and we see in the trailer that he is getting some help from The Karate Kid Part III villain Terry Silver (Thomas Ian Griffith). The Cobra Kai season four trailer is packed with fun goodies and callbacks to the original film, including Johnny performing Mr. Miyagi’s “Wax On, Wax Off.” We even get a look at the kids outside of the fighting through a brief prom scene and Johnny and Daniel trying to work things out.

We’ve got a lot of questions riding on this season and it seems like nearly all of them are about to be answered. But the one that comes screams to me after watching this trailer is what exactly is happening with the tournament? What did they vote on? We need answers and we need them now. But, we will wait patiently, of course. Mr. Miyagi taught us better than that.

Cobra Kai season four will drop into Netflix started December 31, 2021. If you haven’t caught up on seasons one through three-hop to it! You can find them here!
