With less than a week away, CBS All Access shared another teaser trailer for Clarice during Super Bowl LV. The teaser was made up of shorter cuts of a full-length trailer Michael Cudlitz shared to his Twitter earlier today. The series serves as a sequel to The Silence of The Lambs and continues the story of FBI Agent Clarice Starling (Rebecca Breeds) as she returns to the field.
The new trailer gives us a better idea of what the first case Sterling will be diving back in to. It looks as if she isn’t going to be able to hide away from the horror of serial killers just yet. During the teaser, we are told that two women found and “sliced to ribbons”. This isn’t the first time Sterling has helped take on a serial killer, but will she be able to handle a second one?
Serial killers won’t be the only thing Sterling will face in Clarice. Returning to the field brings its own struggles as she finds her voice while working in a man’s world. CBS has brought everything to the table. Investigations, murders, monsters, madman and an extremely long list of emotional and family problems. Let’s hope they are able to bring it all together in a way that draws us in while also keeping us entertained.
Clarice also stars Michael Cudlitz, Kal Penn, Lucca de Oliveira, Nick Sandow, Jayne Atkinson, Devyn Tyler and new face Marnee Carpenter. Alex Kurtzman and Jenny Lumet will be serving as Executive Producers.
Clarice will premiere on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Check out the trailer below and let us know how excited you are!
