During CCXP 2019 we were graced with not only the official first trailer for Wonder Woman 1984 but also three new character posters for Steve Trevor, Max Lord, and Barbara Minerva/Cheetah. The posters look amazing and are in the style of the new golden suit posters we saw a few months ago.

Patty Jenkins and Gal Gadot were welcomed on stage and answered a few fan questions regarding the upcoming movie and remarked how excited they were for everyone to get to experience it together. We also got a quick video from Chris Pine, Kristen Wiig, and Pedro Pascal showing how excited they are to share this Wonder Woman 1984 trailer with everyone. The panel can be found on the CCXP twitter.

The trailer for Wonder Woman 1984 is simply amazing. It is jam packed with action, emotions, and just the right touch of humor at the end. We see Diana as she is continuing to fight for the better of mankind while also suffering at the loss of not only Steve but imaginably all of her friends that she is outliving. She has found a friend in Barbara Minerva whom we see very little of in the trailer. We finally get to see Max Lord in action as he remarks how in his future, you only need to really want something in order for it to come true.

We also see Steve back in action, though we do not have any idea how exactly he is back. He seems to be very much alive though that could be attributed to several different things. The action ramps up more as we see shots that were shown in the Wonder Woman 1984 teaser trailer yesterday. We also get a glimpse of the golden suit in action, and folks, it has wings!

The trailer ends with a funny scene between Diana and Steve as she helps introduce him to 1984. It is safe to say that he is the one out of touch in this film.

Wonder Woman 1984 from Warner Bros is set to release on June 5, 2020.
