Pour yourself a nice Chianti and get ready to settle in this February with Clarice. This CBS series will serve as a sequel to Silence of the Lambs. It follows FBI Agent Clarice Starling (Rebecca Breeds) as she returns to the field. Starling is described as brilliant yet vulnerable, and for those who have seen the film will completely understand why. But this bravery and vulnerability seems to draw in monsters and madman.

During Clarice, Starling will go through emotional changes that empowers her to find her voice while working in a man’s world. She is also going to have to deal with family secrets that have haunted her throughout her life. Investigations, murders, monsters, madman and a long list of emotional and family problems is the perfect recipe for a Silence of the Lambs sequel series. Let’s hope that CBS can really deliver a series that lives up to it’s predecessor. It doesn’t seem as if the series is leaving the events of the Silence of the Lambs too far in the past. The trailer teases the film’s serial killer Buffalo Bill.
Clarice also stars Michael Cudlitz, Kal Penn, Lucca de Oliveira, Nick Sandow, Jayne Atkinson, Devyn Tyler and new face Marnee Carpenter. Alex Kurtzman and Jenny Lumet will be serving as Executive Producers.
Clarice is set to premiere on Thursday, February 11, 2021. Let us know how excited you are to dive back into the franchise!
