Marvel released ten new Captain Marvel posters to promote the next MCU film. All of the posters are great and it’s awesome to see some of the faces we’ve barely gotten a glimpse of, but that cat…Here’s a rundown of the 10 character posters.
- Carol Danvers aka Captain Marvel (Brie Larson). She’s the title character, so you know who she is.
- Maria Rambeau (Lashana Lynch). In the trailers, we see Danvers having memories of her time in the Air Force. Rambeau is one of Danvers’ comrades that we seen her taking flight with.
- Starforce Leader played by Jude Law. I’ve seen some sources list Law as playing Mar-Vell, others list him as a whole other character, but then other sources say that’s not his character’s name. Anyone know anything?
- Agent Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). We will get to see a different side to Nick Fury in this film.
- Goose, the cat. Danvers’ cat is actually named Chewie in the comic books and he’s an alien. Best poster ever!
- Minn-Erva (Gemma Chan). Member of the Kree Starforce and an excellent sniper.
- Korath (Djimon Honsou). We’ve seen Korath previously in Guardians of the Galaxy. He was once a member of the Kree Starforce and fought side-by-side Carol Danvers.
- Agent Phil Coulson (Clark Gregg). Here’s a familiar face. A younger Phil Coulson appears in this film along side Agent Fury.
- Talos (Ben Mendelson). He looks like Nick Fury’s boss at S.H.I.E.L.D., but who is he really?
- Unnamed Kree character played by Annette Benning. All we know is she found Carol Danvers and saved her life by making her a Kree.
