Black Friday is a time where companies drag out the best prices they can muster for their products and Blizzard is no exception.  However, their Black Friday deals are more of an entire week of Thanksgiving deal.  The prices went into effect yesterday, Tuesday, and will continue through next Monday, November 28.

Overwatch, their newest game and the one that I am personally obsessed with currently, is on sale on all platforms.  But, the PC version, through Blizzard is a whooping 40% off.  Pick it up for the low cost of $34.99.

If you are looking for the Xbox or PlayStation versions, they are also on sale.  The Xbox digital version is 30% off for non Gold members, and 40% for Gold members.  The PlayStation store is currently offline, but I remember the digital version being 30% off as well.  As soon as the store comes back up I’ll update the article.

If digital isn’t your thing, the physical version is also on sale through Amazon, they even have some Collector’s Editions left, but those aren’t on sale.

If you’re looking for something a little more classic, World of Warcraft is on sale, as it is around this time every year.  This year it includes all expansions except Legion, which is expected, let’s be honest.  For the low price of $4.99 you can take a character from 1 to 100 and explore everything from Vanilla to Warlords of Draenor.  Unfortunately, there is no sale pricing on Legion, which is completely normal on years when we get a new expansion.

Starcraft II isn’t being left out of the fun.  Although there hasn’t been many new additions to the aging franchise it doesn’t mean you can’t catch up.  It’s a fantastic game if science fiction is more your speed as opposed to fantasy or first person shooters.  Wings of Liberty and Heart of the Swarm, the first and second chapters respectively, are 50% coming in at $9.99.  The final chapter, Legacy of the Void, is only 33% off at $19.99 but, hey, take what you can get.

Heroes of the Storm, Blizzard’s answer to League of Legends and DoTA 2, has quite a few deals as well but, I’m going to be honest here, not as much as I’ve seen in previous years.  Maybe the Winter’s Veil/ New Year sales will be better.

Legends of the Nexus Bundle includes Kerrigan, Tassadar, and Leoric heroes; the Queen of Ghosts Kerrigan, Mecha Tassadar, and Space Lord Leoric legendary skins; and the Space Lord’s Starbreaker and Ghost Speeder mounts, can be yours for $39.99 which is 53% off normal price.

Altered War Bundle includes Sonya, Arthas, Illidan, Tyrande, and Sylvanas heroes, along with the Wrath Sonya, Crown Prince Arthas, Shan’do Illidan, Blood Elf Tyrande, and Ranger General Sylvanas skins comes in at $9.99 which is a huge savings of 87%.

But those couple bundles aren’t the only ones on sale, Azmodunk and Infested Tychus legendary skins as well as Azmodan and Tychus heroes are currently 50%.

If you really want to go nuts, you can also get a 360 day Stimpack and have almost a year of bonus XP and bonus gold.  This stimpack is normally only available at the end of the year and, once it’s gone, it’s gone until the next Black Friday sale.

Unfortunately both Diablo 3 and Hearthstone have been left out of the fun, but Blizzard normally does another sale closer to the end of the year.  If you don’t see what you want, maybe a little patience will reward you.
