HOLY CROW WHAT!?
According to Executive Producer Andrew Kriesberg, who appeared on the Fat Man on Batman podcast starring Kevin Smith and Marc Bernardin, we can expect to see things get really freaky and weird on CBS’s DC Comics series, Supergirl.
How weird are we talking?
How about Bizarro weird.
He didn’t reveal which version it would be. By that we mean, it’s unclear if we’ll see the Bizarro version of Superman or the Bizarro version of Supergirl. If we get the Superman version, that’ll really be the first time we see Superman in the series, at least in some version. It is, however, likely that they’ll go with the Bizarro version of Supergirl herself and have Melissa Benoist play both parts.
There’s a little bit more drama to having to fight a shadow alternate reality version of yourself that is more dramatic and Shakespearian than fighting that of your cousin.
We can expect to see that happen in the second half of their First Season.
