The CW has dropped a brand new trailer for the second season of DC‘s Batwoman, and it looks like Javicia Leslie is getting more than just a new suit. She is getting a whole new ride. This will be the first time a Batmobile will appear since Ruby Rose‘s Kate Kane preferred to travel Gotham City on a motorcycle. The new Batmobile features the same red accents that appear on the new Batwoman suit. But this isn’t the only thing the new teaser shows. We finally get to see how the Batfamily is reacting to the disappearance of Kate Kane.

Of course, everyone is taking things hard. In the Batwoman trailer, we see how Mary (Nicole Kang), Luke (Camrus Johnson) and Jacob Kane (Dougray Scott) are dealing with Kate missing along with the introduction of Leslie’s Ryan Wilder. Ryan only wants the group to give her a chance as Batwoman and while Mary understands, it seems that Luke and Jacob aren’t as willing to let go. The Batfamily aren’t the only ones who have their eyes on Ryan. Kate’s maniacal twin sister Alice (Rachel Skarsten) has her own opinion of the new Batwoman. Alice believes that Ryan is going to be a bit of a handful.

The trailer is jam-packed with action and suspense as Ryan carves her way through Gotham City, one thug at a time. New episodes for season two of Batwoman will air starting Sunday, January 17, 2021.
