It appears The Batman production continues to hit bumps. More like pot holes at this point. According to /Film, the script may be written “from the ground up” and completely redone. Guys, I’m tired. All this bad news about The Batman is exhausting. Maybe this is a good thing! I’ll keep telling myself that.
According to /Film’s sources “close to the production”, they’re going to be completely reworking the script. There had been rumors about it but according to them, this is solid information. So take the news with a grain of salt. If it’s being reworked because Ben Affleck and director Matt Reeves think it should go in a new direction, then this is a good thing. If it’s because things are going wrong…well. Then this is bad news.

Luckily, that’s the big factor in this news. If. We’re still not sure if this is legitimate news and why it’s being completely reworked. In addition, they make mention that Matt Reeves is still busy with War for the Planet of the Apes and won’t be able to work on the film till maybe late July. So these could be reworks for a good thing. May fit Reeves style better, may fix what was wrong with Bruce Wayne/Batman in Batman v Superman. The DCEU has punished us before but I still want to give positive thoughts.
