Friday the 13th is always a creepy day, especially for the residents of Castle Rock. Hulu released four new teasers on Friday the 13th to gear up for the premiere of the series. If you don’t know much about the world of Stephen King, then prepare to be freaked out a little…or a lot.
Castle Rock is the center of most King novels. It’s a place were a lot of bad things have happened. These Friday the 13th teasers give views a glimpse of the history of the place and the bad things that have happened.

1960 -The Attic
A young girl plays with a doll, putting her in the attic of a dollhouse. There are three other dolls, two parents and a boy, hanging by nooses in the attic. As the camera pans out, we see that real life girl, playing in an attic with three nooses hanging behind her.
1981 – The Dog
There is poster of a lost dog and you can hear dogs barking in the background. As the camera pans out, there is a parked car and trail of blood coming from the car.

1984 – Homecoming
A boy wakes up in his car and he is tied up. The homecoming queen pours gasoline on the car and walks away. When she’s at a safe distance, she lights the car on fire.
2018 – The Guard
A Shawshank prison guard sleeps soundly in bed with is wife. As they sleep, someone with a bandaged face watches over them from the foot of the bed.
Do you recognize the stories? Castle Rock stars Andre Holland, Sissy Spacek, Bill Skarsgard, Melanie Lynskey, Scott Glenn, Terry O’Quinn, and Jane Levy. The show is created by Sam Shaw and Dusty Thomason and produced by Bad Robot Productions.
Castle Rock will make it’s debut at San Diego Comic Con. The first three episodes will premiere world wide on Hulu on July 25.
