The Flash may be the fastest man alive, but in the upcoming third season of the CW’s hit series, he’s certainly going to have some competition when it comes to who sound the fastest. According to E Online, the show has cast Ashley Rickards as the classic Flash villain, The Top. What’s her power?
She can spin super fast as well as induce vertigo in others. Her name is “The Top;” what else did you expect! It should also be noted that in the comics The Top is a male named Roscoe Dillon.
Of note is that The Top is typically seem alongside The Flash’s other really big nemesis, the Mirror Master. As the site says, The Top will first appear in episode 4, which is also where Mirror Master, played by Friday Night Light’s actor Grey Damon, will make his first appearance.
As Executive Producer Aaron Helbing says, “It’s kind of the origin of Mirror Master…We’re really excited.” Todd Helbing added to that,“It’s the origin story of him, but it’s this struggle between Mirror Master and Captain Cold and you get to see who comes out on top.”
Where else have you seen Ashley Rickards? She was on Awkward for five seasons as well as One Tree Hill.
