Ask and you shall receive. Or so I have been told. And fans of Netflix and Riot Games’ Arcane have been asking if we will see a second season. And thankfully, they aren’t leaving us hanging! Today, they announced that we will be getting a second season! I think it’s time to celebrate! Just maybe don’t let Jinx be in charge of the explosions.

The first season of Arcane, which was released in three arcs over the last few weeks, took the world by storm. It dives into the origins of League of Legends champions. It heavily focuses on the connection between sisters Jinx (voiced by Ella Purnell) and Vi (voiced by Hailee Steinfeld) and the power that tore them apart. We also see more of the fight between Piltover and Zaun. We also get the chance to see into the lives of Jayce (voiced by Kevin Alejandro), Caitlyn (voiced by Katie Leung), Viktor (voiced by Harry Lloyd) and so many more.

The teaser for the Arcane send season gives us a voice-over between Vi and Caitlyn as they discuss going after Jinx. After the cliffhanger of an ending from the end of part three, I highly suspect that we will be seeing the two partner up again to chase Jinx down. But if what I think happened, happened, then I suspect Caitlyn will no longer feel the need to let Vi try and save her sister. I hope that they include more champions in this second season as they continue to expand the mythos of League of Legends.
