Welcome to Part 2 of the October installment of GGA’s monthly anime roundup, where we give you a detailed list of what anime is coming your way. Fall has finally arrived, bringing some hot new anime releases to enjoy on chilly nights inside.

October is the start of the fall anime season, so this list is massive and had to be broken into two parts. You can check out Part 1, here. This second half will cover everything coming out on the most popular streaming services such as Crunchyroll, Netflix, Hulu and HIDIVE. Let’s get into everything coming out for the rest of October.

Dead Mount Death Play – October 9

As a legendary hero nears victory against a necromancer known as The Corpse God, things take an unexpected turn with the dark sorcerer’s final gambit—reincarnation magic. This last-ditch effort catches the brave fighter off guard, and now he’s a boy named Polka Shinoyama in a whole new world. The showdown between good and evil just got epic.

Dead Mount Death Play will be coming to Crunchyroll starting on October 9. 

Stardust Telepath – October 9

Umika is a sweet yet shy high school girl. She has trouble speaking to others and dreams of having a friend from another planet. But her lonely school life takes a cosmic turn when she meets transfer student Yu, an alien with telepathic powers. The two become close and promise to go to space one day. 

Stardust Telepath will be broadcasting to Crunchyroll on October 9. 

After-School Hanako-Kun – October 10

The spirit Hanako-kun and his human assistant, first-year student Nene Yashiro, keep the peace between supernatural forces and the students of Kamome Academy. How do they spend their time when they’re not fighting to maintain the balance between the living and spirit worlds?

After-School Hanako-Kun will be coming to Crunchyroll starting October 10.

Dr. STONE New World (Season 3 – Part 2) – October 12 

With the Stone Wars over, the former members of Tsukasa’s Empire of Might join forces with the Kingdom of Science to build a ship capable of sailing across the open ocean to seek answers to the mystery of global petrification. However, before they can begin their voyage Senku and his friends need to find some key resources and push some new scientific advancements to build the type of vessel they need.

Dr. STONE New World ( Season 3 – Part 2) will return to Crunchyroll on October 12. 

Good Night World – October 12

A shut-in older brother. A high-achieving younger brother. A father who his own children do not respect. A mother who neglects her own household. This is a broken family, and none of its members know that they are all players in an online game.

Good Night World will be streaming exclusively on Netflix starting October 12.

Heaven Official’s Blessing (Season 2)– October 18

After the incident at Crescent Pass, San Lang leaves Xie Lian. In the days that follow, he is summoned by Junwu to the Heaven Realm. A Heavenly Official is trapped, and Xie Lian must rescue them from the Ghost Realm. All is not as it seems. Deception, vice, and danger lurk around every corner. All will be revealed, but will Xie Lian be prepared for the truth about gods, ghosts, and mortals?

The second season of Heaven Official’s Blessing will be blessing viewers on Crunchyroll starting October 18. 

Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix (Season 1) – October 19

Not much is known yet about the plot upcoming release Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix. The creative team behind the show, and also Netflix’s Castlevania, describe it as being “Love letter from Ubisoft from the 90s.”

Captain Laserhawk: A Blood Dragon Remix will be coming to Netflix starting October 19.

The Apothecary Diaries – October 21

Maomao lived a peaceful life with her apothecary father. Until one day, she’s sold as a lowly servant to the emperor’s palace. But she wasn’t meant for a compliant life among royalty. So when imperial heirs fall ill, she decides to step in and find a cure. This catches the eye of Jinshi, a handsome palace official who promotes her.

The Apothecary Diaries will be brewing up some fun on Crunchyroll starting October 21. 

Pluto – October 26

In a distant future where sentient humanoid robots pass for human, someone or something is out to destroy the seven great robots of the world. Europol’s top detective Gesicht is assigned to investigate these mysterious robot serial murders the only catch is that he himself is one of the seven targets.

Pluto will be coming to Netflix starting October 26.
