Welcome back to another installment of GGA’s monthly Anime Roundup, where we cover everything coming out in June 2024 on the most popular streaming services, such as Crunchyroll, Netflix, Hulu and HIDIVE.
The sweltering summer heat is upon us, and the Summer Anime Season kickoff is finally here. It’s a perfect excuse to take a break indoors and catch up on everything coming out in June. After all, watching a fan-service beach episode is almost better than going to the actual beach with the bonus of no sand in your lunch.

DEAD DEAD DEMONS DEDEDEDE DESTRUCTION – May 23
This first entry is a late entry for last month’s Anime Roundup that you might have missed. What was only recently available in Japan as a two-part film will now be available globally only to Crunchyroll subscribers in this episodic adaptation with brand-new scenes. As the world is threatened by the sudden appearance of a mysterious alien mothership, best friends Koyama Kadode and Nakagawa “Ontan” Oran carry on about their high school life. But as they grow up, they face existential questions, learning adulthood’s complexities and that the true threat may not be from above.

Black Clover (Season 3) – June 1
Netflix viewers can look forward to the addition of Season 3 for Black Clover at the start of the month. Two orphans, Asta and Yuno, have been inseparable since they were children. Yuno is a magical genius, and Asta makes up for his lack of magical ability with physical prowess. Determined to achieve the same goal, the pair have promised to compete against each other to become the next Emperor Magus.
Black Clover Season 3 streams on Netflix starting June 1, 2024.

Baki Hanma vs Kengan Ashura (2024) – June 6
This unlikely alliance between underground fighting organizations brings together two titans of martial arts manga as the dream collaboration between “Baki” and “Kengan Ashura” finally becomes a reality. Iconic badasses from both series clash in extreme and unpredictable matchups so thrilling they’re sure to get your blood pumping.
The epic crossover showdown streams on Netflix starting June 6, 2024.
Ultraman Rising (2024) – June 14
With Tokyo under siege from rising monster attacks, baseball star Ken Sato reluctantly returns home to take on the mantle of Ultraman. But the titanic superhero meets his match when he reluctantly adopts a 35-foot-tall, fire-breathing baby kaiju. Sato must rise above his ego to balance work and parenthood while protecting the baby from forces bent on exploiting her for their dark plans.
The Ultraman Rising movie streams on Netflix starting June 14, 2024.

Rising Impact (Season 1) – June 22
Gawain Nanaumi, a third-grader, is passionate about baseball and making the ball fly. But a chance encounter with a female professional golfer, Kiria Nishino, kick-started a new love and passion for golf. Even as an amateur, Gawain has power in his swing to rival the pros, leading to his enrollment at the prestigious Camelot Academy, where aspiring golfers worldwide compete.
Rising Impact, from the creator of The Seven Deadly Sins, debuts on Netflix starting June 22, 2024.
The Seven Deadly Sins: Four Knights of the Apocalypse (Season 1 Part 2)
The story of Four Knights of the Apocalypse takes place several years after the events of The Seven Deadly Sins. It follows Percival, a simple boy who secretly longs for adventure. After discovering he is destined to join a group of holy knights prophecized to destroy the world, Percival is forced into an adventure and searches for the other three prophecized knights.
Fans can look forward to the next installment of The Seven Deadly Sins, on Netflix sometime in June. There was no official release date at the time of writing this article.
