Amy Schumer and Goldie Hawn play a mother and daughter on a madcap adventure gone awry in Snatched. And this trailer got me pretty excited to see what happens.
My first question is, why haven’t these two teamed up before? They are two funny ladies. They have surprisingly similar silly senses of humor, though Goldie Hawn has always tended to err on the sweet side, and Schumer is as raunchy as the day is long. They seem like the perfect pair to me. I am more than excited to watch them bumble their way through South America, trying desperately to save themselves from trouble. Yes please.
Snatched was directed by Jonathan Levine (The Night Before), written by Katie Dippold (Ghostbusters, The Heat, Parks and Recreation), and stars Amy Schumer, Goldie Hawn, Joan Cusack, Ike Barinholtz, Wanda Sykes and Christopher Meloni.
