YouTube user AdamBuxton posted this conversation between him and his five year old daughter about Slave Leia in Star Wars: Return Of The Jedi.
The Slave Leia costume can sometimes be well…controversial, hacky, demeaning, inappropriate, etc…I think it brings emotion up for a segment of the nerd population but you know, sometimes it’s nice to take a step back and not overthink things too much.
In the case of this little girl, she brings up a couple of good points. I mean, she is right. It is a nice dress and I would want to run away and keep the nice dress as well!
