CBS All Access’ upcoming anthology series, a reboot of The Twilight Zone is coming soon. It will be brought to us by Jordan Peele, who will also host. And, Adam Scott (The Good Place, Parks and Rec) has signed on to enter the fifth dimension in a stand-alone episode of the series entitled, Nightmare at 30,000 Feet. The Hollywood Reporter reported on Friday.
The title of the episode in which Scott will appear is very very familiar. We can assume it is a remake of, or at least inspired by the original Twilight Zone episode entitled Nightmare at 20,000 Feet starring young William Shatner. In that episode, Shatner’s character sees a gremlin on the wing of the plane, sabotaging the flight he’s on and no one believes him. It’s one of the most famous Twilight Zone episodes of all time, so it seems likely that we’d get some version of that story in the reboot.
The new The Twilight Zone is expected to start streaming on CBS All Access starting in 2019. We’re super excited for it! What do you think about this reboot?
Actor, Improviser, Comic.
I like to like things and talk about them.
I like to pretend.
I like to make things.
I like to write things down.
