Let’s get down to the basics. A Date With Death is a romance chat simulator from developer Two and Half Studios. The gameplay is mostly a narrative adventure-based style that supports some point-and-click options so it is accessible to all gamers. The game supports character creation, base decorating and chatting away with the charming yet dangerous Grim Reaper through text and video calls.
Why Should I Play?
So why should you play A Date With Death? This game is a whimsical and lovely experience that is packed with little details. Many of the details and world-building are uncovered through the point-and-click options as you interact with the world like your plants or listening in on the neighbors.

Narrative-based games are made on the backs of the character interactions and A Date With Death knocks it out of the park. The tone of the game is spot on and all of the character options are refreshing. The player character is witty and likable which makes replaying to reach all four endings very easy.
