Panem’s official government website released an speech from President Snow. In this new speech, the first since the last Hunger Games fiasco, Snow, wearing his trademark rose, lets the districts know that they are all part of the same functioning body and the Capitol is the body’s “beating heart,” and “if you fight against it, it is you who will bleed.”

Most shocking is former Hunger Games’ winner Peeta Mallarch standing next to the throne of Snow as Snow delivers his speech. Peeta looks empty, as if some brain reconditioning has been going on. Poor boy. I hope Katniss or District 13 reply to the Capitol’s new propaganda tool.

Hunger Games: Mockingjay Part I comes out 11/21/14. We can expect a lot more propaganda until then.
