UPDATE — Ryan Reynolds Does NOT Appear in the Upcoming Film, LOGAN

Yesterday, we wrote an article regarding a rumor that had broke on The Wrap. The rumor made the claim that Ryan Reynolds had recently shot a small scene as Deadpool for the upcoming Fox Studios film, Logan, starring Hugh Jackman in what is said to be his last time as Wolverine. The scene was reportedly directed by Deadpool 2 director, David Leitch, and was to be an end credits scene. However, both Ryan Reynolds and Logan director James Mangold have since tweeted out that this is not the case. Ryan Reynolds, of course, had to poke at Hugh Jackman...

New Poster for LOGAN Sees Wolverine Walking Away from the Sunset

Everyone should buckle up because the Fox Studios publicity team is spinning up their promotions engine for their upcoming film, Logan. The film hits theatres in March and will see Hugh Jackman in his final role as the clawed, berserking mutant. Thanks to a healing factor that basically makes him unkillable, he’s led a very long and very violent life: almost two hundred years of being a soldier on the front lines of slaughter. And now he’s ready for that to be over. He’s been experimented on, his mind has been twisted, seen all of his friends exterminated then...

TIMELESS Recap: (S01E10) The Capture of Benedict Arnold

TIMELESS, Episode 10 (“The Capture of Benedict Arnold”). A Review for Time-Travel Fans (SPOILERS!!) Last week I lectured the creators of Timeless, giving them a stern warning. This week, they are getting gold stars and seats at the head of the class. With only a few minor issues to discuss, this was by far the best episode of the show yet. I watched it twice. I’m genuinely excited for upcoming episodes. This is what network shows do, of course, putting all their effort into the last episode before the mid-season break, so I’m aware that I’m being manipulated a...

Reavers Confirmed for Third Wolverine Film, Logan!

Real talk for a second — Fox Studios marketing department is brilliant. Turning Ryan Reynolds loose for Deadpool earlier this year, then all the viral 80’s videos for X-Men: Apocalypse and now the cryptic yet revealing daily posts for Logan on their instagram page, wponx. They are killing it this year. Speaking of daily Instagram posts, we have another one today and we hope they never end. The one for today seems to confirm the presence of The Reavers as villains in the film. The picture shows a hirsute man, his arms seemingly enhanced through cybernetics, aiming a sniper...

Third Wolverine Film, ‘Logan’, Names its Villain!

We just learned that the third (and last) Wolverine movie for Hugh Jackman will simply be titled — Logan. We also know that it will feature Patrick Stewart as Professor X as well as a little girl clone of Wolverine that is not necessarily X-23 but also not necessarily NOT X-23. As for the villains, we know that there’s a mad scientist played by Richard E. Grant that is heavily suspected to be Nathaniel Essex a.k.a. Mr. Sinister, and we know that the film will feature the Reavers in some capacity. We now also know that Boyd Holbrook is...

What Does the Title ‘Logan’ Tell Us About Wolverine 3

Logan. That’s the name of the next (and final) Wolverine movie. Simply … Logan. How do we know this? Well, as we reported earlier, it’s because Hugh Jackman, who plays Wolverine, a.k.a. LOGAN pic.twitter.com/IeIvcvFyTE — Hugh Jackman (@RealHughJackman) October 5, 2016 But, let’s dive in to this title a bit and parse it out. Logan. Simply Logan. Not Wolverine: Logan. Not Wolverine 3: The Saga of Logan or Old Man Logan. Just...
