Marvel’s Doctor Strange director Scott Derrickson liked this fan-made image of Benedict Cumberbatch playing Doctor Strange so much, he tweeted it. He also tweeted some pertinent Talking Head lyrics and who doesn’t love the Talking Heads?

Why he posted? We have no idea since this is not official concept art and it is, as stated earlier, fan art. In fact, Scott Derrickson also tweeted it was indeed “online fan art, not official. I have no idea who made it.” (Let’s hope the artist will be credited soon). But, now we wonder, is this the direction that Derrickson wants to take Marvel’s Sorcerer Supreme?
