Yes or No? VENOM, SILVER SABLE and BLACK CAT Belong in the MCU

Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige started the Marvel Cinematic Universe in 2008 with Iron Man. Since then, they’ve made 16 films with at least 8 more to come. This does not include the promised future of the MCU beyond this last phase, which will culminate with the two Avengers: Infinity War films. One of the biggest successes of Marvel Studios has been to bring Spider-Man back into the fold, working with Sony who owns the film production license for the character. Sony, despite having two very successful films with the wallcrawler in 2002’s Spider-Man and their 2004 follow-up Spider-Man...

Doctor Strange, Captain Marvel and More — Kevin Feige Speaks About the MCU

~Matt Key At a few Marvel events promoting the home release for Avengers: Age of Ultron, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige and producer Jeremy Latcham answered a few questions regarding Captain Marvel, Doctor Strange and the future of the MCU. First of all, in talking to MTV, Feige said of Captain Marvel casting, “There won’t be any announcements about that this year.” But this is not for any cruel reason of just making us wait — it’s because they’re still figuring out who exactly the character is. As Feige went on to say, “I think right now we’re scripting...

Will we see SHIELD’s Mockingbird in the greater MCU?

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Adrianne Palicki said that there’s always the possibility that she could make it into a Marvel Movie, maybe even joining the Avengers. In the interview, she says, “It’s the first Marvel show that’s been on television and the crossovers have happened multiple times. I hope there is that potential for the character. Anything is possible in that world, which is wonderful.” This week saw the debut of her character, Bobbi Morse a.k.a. Mockingbird, on ABC’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D., but maybe we’ll see even more of her on even bigger screens. According to the Marvel Wiki, “Mockingbird is an excellent gymnast, martial artist, and hand-to-hand combatant. She has a doctoral degree in biology and was well trained by S.H.I.E.L.D. in espionage and counter-espionage techniques. She is also a proficient marks-woman and well versed in the use of her battle staves.” Follow Matt Key on twitter, here! Follow Geek Girl Authority on twitter here and Google+...

This episode is shorter than the film, so let us spare you the trouble of finding out firsthand!...
